Benni Belina

Benni Belina is currently pursuing a B.S. in Management Information Systems at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, she thrives in roles that allow her to bring people together, organize impactful initiatives, and drive meaningful change.

Her leadership experience includes active involvement in the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), where she has rotated through key executive roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Social Events Coordinator, and Community Outreach. In these positions, she has played a crucial role in planning and executing professional development events, managing organizational records, and streamlining operations to enhance member engagement. Beyond her academic and professional endeavors, Benni is committed to service. As a volunteer Sunday School teacher at Ebenezer Evangelical Oromo Church, she dedicates her time to mentoring and educating young students, fostering a sense of community, and instilling core values. With a strong background in administrative operations, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement, Benni is always eager to learn, connect, and contribute to initiatives that promote equity and opportunity for everyone. As she begins her work with Global Health Equity Partners, Benni is excited to contribute to initiatives that promote accessible healthcare solutions and community-driven change.
